Hello, and welcome to our family of gamers!! (updated 4/17/10)
I believe through our team of fun and dedicated players we can support our Ideas to accomplish all we set out to do. I believe through compatability, communication and coordination = Cohesion that we will have a great family and community for years to come. Ofcourse this is not achieved easily, so I wanted to outline a basic plan to help us achieve these goals in mind and tweak them as needed. Keep in mind this just a basic outline, more will be added as we move forward towards "world domination".
Warhammer Outline
- Fun - First and foremost our main goal is to have fun, when we lose sight of this take a break and start anew later or even the following day. Real life has way too many issues daily, lets not add to that.
- Guild structure - We have a lower tier guild (Snake Eyes T1-T3) this will be used as a training and fun guild, also open recruitment to use as a feeder guild as well. Upper Guild (Serpent Cross T4)
this will be for our more dedicated players, forming teams to help our end game fun.
- Ventrilo - We have a small guild ventrilo, lets try to communicate daily on there to help with builds, strategies and swapping gear. Much easier to communicate there. Please keep chat clean and fun without questionable topics or rude comments.
- Calendar/Events - We will use the in-game calendar for all events large or small, also will start setting up static team list with this as well. If you sign up for an event, be on time and ready to go 15 minutes prior to event for courtesy. Fun events will be posted in both guilds calendars.
- Respect - I assume we all know the right thing to do here, lets back that up not only in our guild but on server as well, this applies to ventrilo also
we will have a time-out rank for non-conformant individuals.
- Guides/Tools - This website will not have forums, simply don't need them now. We will be building guides here to help everyone in all aspects of the game. I personally will comb through all game guides and post the ones relevent to our success here in upcoming months, this will help everyone here become more coordinated.
- Guild Ranks - There will be only ranks for achievements and not for officers as we are all equal here. In Snake Eyes it will be your Tier and in Serpent Cross it will be by renown ranks, I will further detail this (coming soon).
- Achievements - Call this a what to do list. I am going to list important achievements to accomplish and post them here with a link or complete direction in our tips page. This page will help all new people and veterans alike, if you see one that should be on this list, simply contact me and give the info to post here.
- Stages - Both guilds will have stages and achievements to accomplish to advance. Each stage will have a lvl/RR requirement as well as a checklist of achievements to help further your character. I am sure this will be changed as we go and is just a model I would like to see followed, although there will be exceptions to this rule, it is deseigned to provide goals and better our player base and all are not mandatory. (suggested dungeons only) Here is a running example:
Stage 1 - T1-T3 Snake Eyes - Lvl 1-31/RR 1-26 - Basic Checklist to help character lvl/renown.
Stage 2 - T4 Serpent Cross - Lvl 32-40/RR 26-40 - Lowers rank/Gunbad and Bastion Stair
Stage 3 - T4 Serpent Cross - Lvl 40/RR 41-50 - Lessers Rank/Bile and Blood
Stage 4 - T4 Serpent Cross - Lvl 40/RR 51-60 - Greaters Rank/Lv and tombs
Stage 5 - T4 Serpent Cross - Lvl 40/RR 61-70 - Superiors Rank/Tovl and Palace
Stage 6 - T4 Serpent Cross Lvl 40/RR 70+ - God Mode
- Teams - There will be four teams, created by team leaders (Black, White, Blue, Red to start) Any team leader can recruit their teams of rank 40's in the guild, the whole purpose of the teams is for teamwork forging into end game, new city instance and in-guild competition of events that will pit guild teams to compete for Vault 4 prizes and glory. (More to come) I would like to see 2 balanced teams and 2 specialty teams (ie squig, bombz, gobbies, melee etc. be creative with your idea and it will gain support)
- Officers - There simply are no officers here, no favoratism and we all receive the same rights as we move our characters up through the skill based ranks. We are all on the same team here.
